Week 7
25/04/22

This was our third week of production and probably our busiest week as our whole focus was arranging the shoot for Saturday, this was really important as it was the most complex shoot with moving vehicles and more people on set than what I'm used to. Although there were only 7 of us, to me that seemed like a lot of people and probably the largest group of people I've had to direct. This week I had to make sure all my cast could still make it, and make sure the pickup truck could turn up.

I wrote call sheets for all my cast so it felt more professional and also followed up on unsigned Talent releases.

On the day of the shoot, it turned out to be quite hot so it was essential for all cast and crew to have access to water. In the end, the shoot only took about 30mins as it was the most planned, mainly because it was the most complex with the moving vehicle.

The camera work overall was very shaky and 'rushed' on purpose, mainly because we wanted it to look like found footage from a documentary so that also took a lot of time off as we didn't need to worry about setting up cameras so much.
